Cook Island-flagged vessels most often detained, says Class NK


Class NK has discovered that Cook Island registered vessels were the most often detained in 2013.

The classification society produces an annual report on Port State Control and found that the Class NK detention ratio for the Cook Islands was 28.6 percent last year. St Vincent and the Grenadines weren’t far behind with a total of 27.8 percent.
